GhostArb helps you find potentially undervalued items by scanning public listings and generating AI-based estimates. It does not buy or sell items for you.
- No marketplace logins: GhostArb does not ask for or store marketplace usernames/passwords.
- No seller PII storage: we do not intentionally store seller names/profile photos; we also redact obvious emails/phone numbers from listing text we save.
- AI estimates can be wrong; always verify condition, comps, and demand yourself.

Logged-Out Architecture (No Social Login)
GhostArb is built as a logged-out architecture. When a marketplace requires login/checkpoint/CAPTCHA, GhostArb treats that as blocking and stops instead of trying to authenticate.
- We do not collect your marketplace credentials.
- We do not store or replay your marketplace cookies/sessions to log in.
- Marketplace fetches route through anti-ban provider APIs (e.g., Bright Data / ZenRows) and do not run an in-app login flow.

Account Safety Disclaimer
Marketplace platforms have their own terms, abuse controls, and enforcement. Scans may fail or return challenge pages depending on settings and provider zones.
- We are not responsible for your actions on third-party platforms.
- Do not use GhostArb to automate marketplace account actions or to bypass access controls.
- If a platform starts returning challenge pages, pause and rotate zone settings instead of forcing retries.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Price estimates are generated by AI and may vary from actual market value.
- AI analysis is probabilistic and can be wrong on condition, authenticity, and market movement.
- Confidence scores are signals, not guarantees.
- Demand rate / sell-speed estimates are heuristics and can be wrong.

We store the minimum data needed to run the product and keep a usable scan history.
- Your user settings: scan filters, radius, categories, selected platforms, alert preferences.
- Listing metadata: title, asking price, platform, listing URL, location label, thumbnail URL, timestamps.
- AI analysis results used to estimate value, profit, and risk.
Privacy: What We Do Not Store
We avoid persisting seller personally identifiable information (PII) in our database.
